We want you to love every PSI-SUPER product — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Returning Non-Defective Products

To return a product that’s not defective but no longer wanted:

  • Return must be initiated within 7 working days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all labels and free gifts intact.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, method, and risk.
  • Once received, all items will be thoroughly inspected before a refund is processed.

Note: We do not accept returns of used goods unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Misuse or Damage

Products that show signs of misuse, abuse, or damage will not qualify for a refund. In such cases:

  • You may opt for repair or replacement at your own expense.
  • You will be liable for any collection and delivery charges.

Refusal of Return

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if:

  • Products are not in a saleable condition.
  • Packaging is damaged or incomplete.
  • Items are returned outside the specified timeframe.

Uncollected goods after 90 days will be sold to defray costs.

Incorrect Product Delivered?

If you received the wrong product:

  • We’ll arrange free collection and redelivery of the correct item.
  • The incorrect product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels and gifts intact.

Returning Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged:

  • Report it within 7 to 14 working days of delivery.
  • We’ll replace the item at no additional cost once verified.

If the product is found not to be defective, you will be liable for return and redelivery costs.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not considered defects:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect usage
  • Damage from lightning, surge, flooding, theft, or fire
  • Issues unresolved via the PSI-SUPER Solution Finder
  • Telesales Promotion Gifts (must be reported within 7–14 working days; no warranty applies)

Exchanges

If you request an exchange for reasons not caused by PSI-SUPER, a courier fee will apply for collection and redelivery.
