Waterless Cookware

Backed by a 20-year replacement warranty, excluding burns, wear and tear, stains, abuse, and misuse. Thermostats, knobs, and handles are covered for 2 years. If a replacement or repair is unavailable, a similar product can be purchased at 50% off. Customers are responsible for delivery fees.

Aluminum Cookware

Covered by a 1-year replacement warranty, excluding damage from rust, burns, wear and tear, or misuse. Knobs and handles are included in the 1-year coverage. If repairs or replacements are unavailable, a similar product can be purchased at 50% off. Customers are responsible for delivery fees.

Bakeware

No warranty is provided unless a manufacturing defect is present. If the original product is unavailable, a replacement can be purchased at 50% off. Customers are responsible for delivery fees.

Dinnerware

Includes a 5-year replacement warranty, excluding damage from wear, abuse, misuse, and breakage. Porcelain and metallic-coated items are not microwave safe. If a replacement is unavailable, a similar product can be purchased at 50% off. Customers are responsible for delivery fees.

Linen & Towels

No warranty is offered unless a manufacturing defect is present. Fading and misuse are not covered. If the original product is unavailable, a replacement can be purchased at 50% off. Customers are responsible for delivery fees.

Glassware

No warranty is provided unless a manufacturing defect is present. If the original product is unavailable, a replacement can be purchased at 50% off. Customers are responsible for delivery fees.

Electrical Appliances

Includes a 1-year warranty covering factory faults or defects, excluding damage from abuse, misuse, lightning, or electrical surges. Out-of-warranty items may be repaired for a fee if parts are available, or replaced at 50% off. Customers are responsible for delivery fees.

Non-Stick Cookware

No warranty is provided unless a manufacturing defect is present. Damage caused by scouring, wear, or abuse of the non-stick coating is not covered. If the original product is unavailable, a replacement can be purchased at 50% off. Customers are responsible for delivery fees.
